Pride Potato - Yuzu Shichimi Kyoto

Shichimi is a traditional blend of seven spices, with red pepper as the main ingredient. It’s very popular in Japan! To make these chips, yuzu shichimi from the Kami Sharaku shop, specializing in shichimi in Kyoto, was used. Yum!
