Cup Noodle - Tanuki Soba

Soba is inseparable from ōmisoka (December 31), because there is a custom in Japan of eating toshikoshi soba (the last noodles of the year).
In your box this month, you’ll find “tanuki” soba. Tanuki is a Japanese raccoon and tanuki soba means soba with tenkasu (fried batter for tempura).
The soup was made Kanto style (eastern Japan) with soy sauce and katsuobushi (dried bonito).
It also contains nori tempura as a side dish.
The preparation is quite simple, just pour boiling water and wait three minutes! Good tasting!
