Kume-jima is a small Japanese paradise island located near the main island of Okinawa, famous for its beautiful emerald blue sea.

Here is a very original “Moyashi Soba” cup ramen that contains spicy miso. This is a Kume-jima specialty from a local restaurant called Yanguwa, well known for its Okinawa soba. Its broth is based on bonito and pork, seasoned with miso and red pepper.
